We're so excited to be officially launching our Live Stream Zoom Exercise Classes, giving us the opportunity to reconnect with you from home.⁠ Live classes will also be recorded for clients who are unavailable during our live-stream times – providing access to the classes through an On-Demand portal.

A weekly subscription to access our complete collection of class recordings. $15 per week.

Register for On-Demand

Access to Live Zoom sessions AND recorded Zoom classes. $20 per week.

How it works

  1. Classes will be live-streamed through the free video platform Zoom.

  2. To register for your desired class and confirm the day and time give us a call on 6646 3766.

  3. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration and a password link to log in via Zoom.

  4. Download the Zoom app on your phone, tablet or desktop. Zoom is a FREE app, no need to “sign up” or “sign in” simply download app on your device.

  5. Once in Zoom press “join meeting” and enter your password link from your email confirmation.

  6. If you are new to Zoom please take some time before your first class to familiarise yourself with the program.

Setting up your exercise space at home

  1. Make sure you have internet connection and devices are charged.

  2. Clear an exercise area that feels comfortable to you.

  3. Roll out your mat, ensure you have enough space to stretch out your arms and legs.

  4. Be ready 5-10 minutes before the class starts to check your set up and solve any issues.

  5. Once in Zoom press “join meeting” and enter your password link from your email confirmation.

  6. Allow permission to access the camera and microphone.
